Advance Bookings : Order Form

Advance Bookings will close at 11pm on Sunday 21 September, 2025.

Please note that there is no group booking facility this year. Each person should complete a separate entry form and pay individually. You can complete a form for someone else, of course. This is a slight inconvenience for you, we know, but it makes it much easier to process your booking.

Paying in advance helps you to avoid the queue at the reception desk. There is a discount of around 10% on the admission fee if you pay in advance. For 2025, using the form below, you will pay £41 for a weekend ticket and £23 for a day ticket – the on-the-door prices will be £46 and £26. There is a student discount, but this is only available for advance bookings; there will be no student discount on the door.

Dont forget that the Saturday evening dinner must be booked in advance. If you want a T-shirt, you are advised to book it in advance, although there will probably be some spares available at the event.

Payment Problems and Refunds: If you have problems with this booking form, and are unable to pay online, you should let us know. You will have to pay full price on the door, but we will arrange a refund after the event. If you are unable to book a dinner you must let us know urgently, because you will not be able to book or pay for a dinner at the event. There will be no cash refunds at the event – refunds will be dealt with by a re-payment to your credit or debit card. For further info please see our Terms and Conditions.

Volunteer Staff – including speakers and chairpersons – can claim a refund on admission for the day(s) you are working. Please select an option and give details further down. If you are unsure whether you qualify, or if you should volunteer after submitting this form, you can ask for a refund later. If you have an Additional Discount Code please complete this form as if you were a standard volunteer, and then type your discount code in the message box.

Camping options

No music! no fires! Please note that no music may be played on the camp-site at any time. Please do not light fires. Your camping ticket must be attached to the outside of your tent, or displayed inside your vehicle. Keep your valuables secure – the organisers will not accept any responsibility for loss, theft or damage. Camping is off-site, a short distance from the venue. Camping is at the venue this year, and there is residential housing nearby, so please respect this. Please help us by keeping the site tidy and placing all your rubbish in the bins. You must not camp at the venue itself. Security staff will be patrolling to enforce this restriction.

Weekend staff that are members of our Reception, Technical, Trade Hall and Bar Teams are entitled to a free camping ticket. Please select the option and explain yourself in the message box further down.

Dinner options

The Saturday meal is scheduled for 'early evening'. Please watch for announcements. Our caterers are offering a three-course meal (a per-table graze board starter, main course and dessert) with meat and vegetarian options. If you have a special dietary need (e.g. vegan, gluten-free), you can book that now, and you should enter details in the message box below. We might need to contact you to discuss your request and, should our caterers not be able to meet your request we will give you a refund.

T-shirt options

We cannot guarantee the exact sizes but they range from Extra Small to Double-Extra-Large. Any sizes that are sold out will be greyed-out in the list below. There may be a few spares so please ask at the reception desk. This year, we will not be taking orders at the event – when they're gone; they're gone! We still have a small number of T-shirts from last year, which will be on sale at the event.
